SHANNON FIGUEROA

My name is Shannon Figueroa and I am a senior, advertising and public relations major at Loyola University Chicago.

 

At the start of my freshman year, I was originally a chemistry major. However, I realized I was not passionate about it.  

 

My main passion and the reason I chose advertising and public relations is to help portray people of color and women positively in the media.

 

I want underrepresented people to be able to see someone in the media that looks like them and who they can look up to as a role model.
